Kevin McSorley, Telehealthcare Director
Kevin joined Fold in September 1993 to set up and develop its social alarm and telecare monitoring services. His primary responsibility is to provide effective strategic leadership, sustainable growth and continued development of Fold's telecare and telehealth services. Today, Fold has become acknowledged as one of the leading telecare service providers throughout the UK and Ireland, providing a range of telecare service options for over 20,000 households, handling over 1,000 calls a day.
Fold was also one of the founding fifty members of TSA (Telecare Services Association) and Kevin has served on its Board of Directors since its inception as the elected representative for Northern Ireland, and as Chair for six years from 2000-2006. Kevin continues to champion the emerging role of telehealthcare as the key underpinning service across the housing, health and social care sectors.
